Marshmallow pops

Dessurt

These pop’s are super fast and easy to make, and they are SO very delicious, I could not stop eating them! They are also a no bake dessert.

Ingredients                          Makes: 20


  • 20 marshmallows
  • 20 lollipop sticks
  • 3/4 to 1 C. chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles ( as many as you want )
  • optional  1/4 C. caramel

 

Instructions


Cover a cookie sheet in parchment paper, on it line the marshmallows up and then stick a lollipop stick in each of them. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until melted and smooth. Fill a bowl with sprinkles, if using, fill a bowl with the caramel. Dip each pop in chocolate/caramel and then in sprinkles, place back on cookie sheet. Once all are dipped place in the freezer for about 15 minutes or until frozen. Take out of the freezer and wait to thaw a bit before eating. Enjoy! 🙂

Note: Can store in the refrigerator or on the counter.

The best chocolate chip cookies

The title above dose not lie! I am sharing this recipe with yoptoday because these cookies are to die for ( so good! ), and they are quick and easy to make!

Ingredients                          Makes: 2 dozen  


  1. 1/2 C. butter
  2. 1/2 C. shortening
  3. 1/2 C. brown sugar
  4. 1/2 C .cane sugar
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 tsp baking soda
  8. 1 tsp vanilla
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 2 C. flour or GF flour
  11. 1-1/2 chocolate chips

 

Instructions


Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a stand mixer beat together the butter and the shortening, next add the sugars. beat in the eggs. Add the baking powder, soda, vanilla, and salt. Mix in the flour, the batter should be dough like and some what sticky. Cover two cookies sheets with parchment paper. Take a spoonful of the dough and roll it into a ball, put on cookie sheet and then bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Note: Can be stored in an container out on the counter for about a week. Sometimes instead of chocolate chips I use salted caramel chips, and they taste absolutely delicious in the cookies!

Pumpkin waffles

Breakfast

I chose to share this recipe with you today because it’s one of my favorite waffle recipes, it’s also easy to make, and they are super delicious! Theses are definitely my go to breakfast.

Instructions                    Makes: About 4-5 waffles


  1. 3/4 C. pumpkin puree
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 C. milk
  4. 1 1/2 C. GF Flour
  5. 2 tsp. pumpkin spice
  6. 2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/2 tsp baking soda

 

Instructions


In one blow whisk together the wet ingredients. In another blow sift the dry ingredients. Combine ingredients in the food possessor, plus until there are no more clumps. Preheat your waffle iron, and cook until desired hardness.

Note: Very good with maple or choke cheery syrup.
