Apple Fritter Donuts

Uncategorized

Hi everyone! A couple weeks ago I made this GF apple fritter doughnut recipe to get into the season of fall! Now, the recipe isn’t donuts, it’s originally muffins. I just put the batter in doughnut pans and they still came out fine. But you can totally make the muffins instead of the donuts. So if you need a Fall snack be sure to check out this RECIPE.

Here are some pictures of the donuts:

Gf Apple Pie

Uncategorized

Hello! How is everyone today? Enjoying the nice Fall weather? Speaking of Fall, just a few weeks ago I made this Apple pie that was basically dedicated to Fall. I cut the pie crust on the top of the pie with a leaf cookie cutter to look like Fall leaves. And even better! This recipe if all Gluten Free! Here’s the Pie Crust Recipe. The filling for the pie was so tasty! It filled your mouth with what you would think Fall would taste like; a warm pie, with a flaky crust, and cinnamon dancing on your tong every bite. Here is the Apple Filling Recipe (just use Gf flour for the 3 Tbsp of flour ). And of course, no apple pie if complete without some whipped cream on top. Here’s the Whipped Cream Recipe. I prefer using powdered sugar for the sugar part.

Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of this pie because it was gone to fast! xD

Have a nice day everyone! And enjoy the fall weather!

Peanut butter pumpkins!

Uncategorized

Hi everyone! So last weekend I made some small chocolate a peanut butter pumpkin treats. And let me tell you, that creamy texture of the chocolate and peanut butter along with butterscotch aftertaste was just amazing!  Now, I made this recipe up with the few things I had in the cupboard, and I didn’t expect them to turn out so delicious. 🙂

To make this recipe you will need…….

  1. 1/4 C. of chocolate chips
  2. 1/4 C. butterscotch chips
  3. 2 Tbsp of peanut butter
  4. Coconut oil for greasing
  5. A few drops of orange food dye
  6. Pumpkin molds, or if you don’t have those I’m sure that this recipe will still come out delicious with a different kind of mold.
Quick note: You might need more ingredients depending on the size of your mold. Mine were significantly small, so that was the amount of ingredients I used.

Instructions

Melt the butterscotch and chocolate chips in a microwave bowl. Microwave a little at a time so they don’t burn. Next add the peanut butter and food dye to the butterscotch chips. Grease your molds with the coconut oil on a paper towel. Scoop the butterscotch mixture into each mold, halfway filling each. Fill the other half of the molds with chocolate. Freeze until set, about 10 minutes. Pop out each little pumpkin, and there you have it! Little bit sized Halloween snacks! Perfect for party’s, or just to eat! 😀

Here are some pictures:

I hope you get to make these sometime, they are definitely worth it! 😀 Go HERE to see another fun pumpkin treat.

Crepes

Breakfast, Dessurt, Uncategorized

9/10/2019

Good afternoon everyone! I would like to share a recipe of crepes that I just made this morning. Click for the recipe HERE. These crepes turned out perfect. Thin and crispy. The first one is definitely a practice crepe, but after that they all turn out amazing. These crepes will taste good with really any fruit and whipped cream or Nutella. Or you could put eggs and bacon in them and they’d taste spectacular. In mine I put Whipped cream and strawberry’s, as you can see in the pictures.

Here’s some picture of the crepes:

Triple layer mousse cake

Dessurt, Uncategorized

Hey guys!

Today I wanted to share a really good recipe for triple layer mousse cake. Although I haven’t tried this recipe yet, I already know it will be delicious!

Here’s the recipe:

For the bottom layer:

  • 6 Tbsp of butter cut into 6 pieces
  • 7 ounces of bittersweet chocolate chopped fine
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 C. light brown sugar
  • Pinch of Cream of tartar

Heat the oven to 325 F. Separate eggs. Grease a 9 inch spring-form pan. Melt butter and chocolate in a large heatproof bowl in the microwave. Whisk egg yolks and vanilla; set aside. Whip the egg whites, cream of tartar, ans salt until foamy. Add half of sugar and whip until combined. Add the rest of the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture. Carefully transfer the batter to the spring-form pan. bake 13-18 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool, DO NOT REMOVE CAKE FROM PAN. Cake will collapse when cooling.

For the middle layer:

  • 5 Tbsp  hot water
  • 2 Tbsp coco powder
  • 7 ounces of bittersweet chocolate chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 C. heavy cream, chilled
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Combine hot water and coco in a small bowl; set aside. Melt chocolate in the microwave careful not to burn, let cool. Use a stand mixer or hand mixer to whisk together the heavy cream, salt, and sugar until foamy. Increase speed to high and whip until soft peaks form. Whisk the coco mixture into the chocolate until smooth. fold whipped cream into chocolate. Spoon mousse into spring-form pan over cooled cake. Refrigerate cake for 15 minutes while preparing top layer.

For the top layer:

  • 3/4 tsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 6 ounces of white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 C. heavy cream chilled

In a small bowl sprinkle gelatin over water and let sit for 5 minutes. melt white chocolate in the microwave. Bring a 1/2 C. of heavy cream to simmer in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add gelatin mixture till fully dissolved. Pour the cream mixture over white chocolate and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Whisk mixture gently until smooth, let cool to room temperature stirring occasionally. Will thicken. Whip the rest of heavy cream until foamy. Increase speed and whip until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into white chocolate mixture. Spoon the mousse into pan over middle layer. Smooth the top. Return to refrigerator and chill until set, at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
